As mentioned in A look at weight loss supplements I am very leery about weight loss pills and a lot of herbal weight loss supplementation. This is mainly because these herbal supplements and other ingredients have had very little studies done on them and as more and more studies are done on these supplements were finding out that some of these herbs that help with weight loss actually contribute to strokes, heart attacks and other very serious side effects.
