Goals are future plans that we work towards. These plans can be both short term and long term. When it comes to weight loss, bulking, exercises, or anything else for that matter it is important to make goals so that we have something to drive towards. Moving forward to try and attain our goals gives us the motivation that we need to keep on fighting until our goals have been won.
It is very important that when setting any kind of goal for yourself wether it be for health and fitness or for business or whatever; that you make it an attainable one. I think that a lot of people set goals that are almost impossible or very unrealistic and this is what, in the long run ruins people's motivation and causes them to come crashing down and hit the floor. Another failing point is setting goals that are too easily reached, this really does nothing for you as it doesn't really challenge you. You have to set goals that you know you can accomplish but only through hard work and determination.
